Terms of Use.

These terms apply to greenprosol.com and the GPSG Employee Portal, operated by Green Project Solutions Group (“GPSG”). By using the website or signing in to the portal, you agree to them. They also serve as the end-user license agreement for the portal's QuickBooks Online connection.

The website describes GPSG's services and lets you contact us, introduce your firm or apply for a job. Information on it is general and may change; it is not an offer or a contract. Please send only accurate information and nothing confidential that we haven't asked for.

The portal is for GPSG employees and people GPSG authorizes (for example, contractors, consultants and other service providers working with GPSG). GPSG grants each authorized user a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the portal for GPSG business only.

• Keep your sign-in private and don't share your account. Tell GPSG right away if you think someone else used it.
• Enter accurate time, expenses, reports and test results. Records are part of GPSG's payroll, accounting and project quality files.
• Don't try to reach pages or data you weren't given access to, copy portal data for non-GPSG use, or interfere with the site's security.
• Project and company information in the portal is confidential to GPSG and its clients.

GPSG can change, suspend or remove access at any time, for example when someone leaves the company or an engagement ends.

An authorized GPSG user may connect the portal to GPSG's own QuickBooks Online company. By connecting, you confirm you are allowed to do so for GPSG, and you authorize the portal to read GPSG's employee, customer, item and account lists and to create time activities, expenses and draft invoices there. Invoices are reviewed and sent from QuickBooks, never from the portal.

The connection can be removed at any time from the portal's QuickBooks page or from your Intuit account. Use of QuickBooks itself is governed by Intuit's terms. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; GPSG is not affiliated with Intuit.

The website, the portal software and GPSG's name and logo belong to GPSG. Reports and records created for a client project are handled as the client contract says.

The website and portal are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate, secure and available but can't promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, GPSG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. This doesn't limit GPSG's obligations under employment law or under a signed client contract.
