What does GPSG do?

We provide MEP engineering, construction management and inspection, and Quality Control / Quality Assurance with materials testing for public and private projects. See Services.

What materials do you test?

Concrete (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight and compressive-strength cylinders), soils and aggregate (compaction / in-place density), and asphalt.

Where do you work?

Across the Pacific Northwest, mainly in Washington State.

How do I request a proposal or quote?

Send us the project details on the Contact page, or call 360-422-2042.

Are you a certified small or minority business?

Yes. GPSG is a certified Federal DBE (D3M0024438), Washington MBE (M3M0024438), King County SCS (2032) and City of Tacoma SBE (534), which helps primes and agencies meet participation goals.

How do we receive reports during a project?

Clients receive signed weekly reports built from our daily inspection reports and test results, plus prompt notice of any failed test or non-conformance and its retest.

How fast are test results available?

Field test results are recorded on site. Concrete cylinder breaks follow the ages in the project specifications (for example 7 and 28 days), and each result is reported once the break is done.

Employee portal help

How do GPSG employees sign in?

Use Employee Portal and sign in with your GPSG Microsoft account (or Google). New accounts are approved by a manager before they can be used.

I'm an employee and can't find a feature

After signing in, open Help & FAQ in the menu, or tap the GPSG AI button in the bottom-right corner and ask, for example, "How do I log a cylinder break?"

I can't sign in

Make sure you use your company account. If your account is new, a manager must approve it first. Otherwise contact your manager or email contact@greenprosol.com.

Privacy & data security

Information you send us through this website (inquiries, subcontractor introductions and job applications) is only seen by authorized GPSG staff, is used only to respond to you, and is never sold or shared for marketing. Our employee portal holds project and company records and is built to keep them private and secure:

Private to GPSG

The employee portal is only for approved GPSG employees. Every page requires sign-in, and new accounts must be approved by a manager.

Need-to-know access

Your time, expenses and daily reports are visible to you and to the managers who review them. Messages are visible only to the people in the conversation. Shared project logs (tests, RFIs, meetings) are visible to GPSG staff. Approvals, payroll and settings are limited to managers and admins.

Encrypted everywhere

All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or newer). Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, encrypted at rest. Connected Outlook access is stored encrypted and can be disconnected at any time.

Secure sign-in

You sign in with your Microsoft (GPSG) or Google account, so their security protections, such as multi-factor authentication when it's turned on, guard your login. The portal never sees your password. Company files stay in GPSG's own Microsoft 365.

AI that stays private

GPSG AI uses Claude (by Anthropic) through GPSG's business account, with Cloudflare's AI as a backup. It only uses what you can already see, and under Anthropic's commercial terms your data isn't used to train AI models. Conversations aren't saved in the portal. Meeting transcripts (Teams, Zoom or uploaded) are used to draft minutes and are not kept in the portal.

Never sold or shared

GPSG doesn't sell or share your information and doesn't use advertising trackers. Website statistics are anonymous and cookie-free.
