Joel Gregory came to GPSG with a demonstrated history of working in the healthy housing/indoor air quality consulting industry. Skilled in public Speaking, energy technology, building Science, community health, and energy Audits. His professional experience focusses on the nexus of health and housing with a bachelor’s degree primarily in Architecture from the Evergreen State College, Olympia, Washington.

Celt has over 30 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering design, including power generation, lighting design, telecommunications, and renewable energy for multifamily housing, affordable housing, healthcare and institutional building projects. She is an experienced electrical systems design engineer, bringing a multi-disciplinary approach to electrical design and construction management inspection of capital projects. She has been consistently providing professional services in electrical engineering to architects, engineers and developers in the Northwest Washington. She has extensive records of managing construction of electrical systems including traffic signal, street lighting, overhead contact systems, transformers, conduit banks and traffic control systems. Celt simply has hands-on experience in electrical engineering design and construction management and inspection of capital and upgrading projects.

Richard Miller has over 35 years professional civil and structural engineering experience in bridge design and construction management. His previous experience include managing HDR’s Bellevue office bridge design group, Richard Miller responsibilities included strategic planning, business development, and supervising the work of structure professionals and technicians. With his technical expertise, he has been a recognized authority for resolving large and complex bridge design issues. His project experience ranges from the SDOT Bascule Bridge Rehabilitation Program to the SDOT Seismic Retrofit Program.

Beginning his career in 1975, Richard has been responsible for management, infrastructure maintenance, and professional engineering for the private and public sectors. He has successfully directed a staff of 160 people with operating and capital budgets totaling more than $500 million dollars. With his strong professional reputation for success in leading high profile complex programs, public processes, and department initiatives, Richard continually implements improvements. He is a Washington State professional civil engineer.

Richard was also the Director of Capital and Roadway Structures for the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT). There he was responsible for directing the engineering, and project management for Seattle’s transportation capital improvement program. He also was responsible for the operations and maintenance of the City of Seattle’s 1100 bridges and roadway structures valued at $3.5 billion. He was the litigation expert for City regarding professional engineering decisions pertaining to design, construction, maintenance, inspections, and operations of transportation structures.

Ron Ewert has 30 years of experience and expertise in the areas of scheduling, budgetary processes, and financial analysis. His expertise is in construction scheduling and analysis, project management concepts and techniques, critical path methodology, work breakdown structures, earn value/resource management, and change management. He has provided project controls and scheduling services on transportation, environmental, wastewater treatment, water resources, and construction renovations projects. Several projects have been for large public agency Capital Improvement Programs that had simultaneous, long term, multiple projects. Ron has experience working on-site as well as an extension of an agency’s staff. He has a thorough knowledge of scheduling software programs such as Primavera P3, P6 and Expedition, and Microsoft Project.

Michael Mathews brings 25+ years of deep and extensive mechanical engineering experience, having led HVAC and plumbing systems design for multiple industries, including public utilities, transportation, healthcare, higher educational institutions, public buildings, and airport facilities. He has supervised 50 employees in six offices across the country. He has managed various HVAC system project types, including design development and upgrades on rooftop units, conventional splits, mini-splits, chilled water, hot water, condenser water, and many others. He’s produced up to 200 HVAC systems design sets per year, to include overseeing preconstruction and construction phases over years. Accomplishments include developing and implementing quality procedures leading to cumulative cost savings of $45 million. Michael also is experienced in “green sustainability” mechanical systems design, construction, and commissioning.

Kelvin has more than seven years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on HVAC/Refrigerant, sustainable energy design and consulting. He currently leads our global warming research and consulting. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a licensed professional engineer. He has a strong passion for green building design. Kelvin achieved a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional certification with experience in all components of green building certification. He is the lead mechanical engineer for Sound Transit refrigerant replacement project. His areas of expertise include integration of energy efficient equipment like heat pump into HVAC, plumbing and commercial refrigeration system design. Partial list of his mechanical engineering design and construction administration includes large supermarket tenant improvement (TI), offices, grocery stores, and multifamily units. Kelvin is highly proficient with different design drafting software which include CAD, BIM, and modeling software, 3-D Revit, Trane Trace, AutoCAD, and MicroStation. Project value under his belt range from $100,000 – $75 Million.

Sushil has over 16 years of progressive experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design. Adept at handling innovative and quality design in the area of MEP and Fire Protection. Expertise on detail planning of services, cost effective techniques and analysis. He is an experienced mechanical systems design engineer, bringing on a multi-disciplinary approach to mechanical design, and construction management, inspection of capital projects across multiple industries such as aviation, multifamily mixed-use properties, pharmaceutical labs, healthcare and food manufacturing. He has been consistently providing professional services in mechanical engineering and energy modeling to architects, engineers, and developers in the Various states of USA. He simply has hands- on experience in mechanical engineering design and Project coordination. He is highly proficient using AutoCAD, Revit software for crafting quality and efficient integrated mechanical and fire protection systems for large footage development, from 19,000 to 807,000 square feet buildings and facilities. Sushil is a licensed engineer in multiple States including California, Illinois, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Texas.  Project sizes designed range from small, medium to high-end complex portfolios.

Rahul has over 10 years of progressive experience in MEP & FP design. Adept at handling innovative and quality design in the area of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and fire protection systems design. Expertise on detail sustainability design planning, value engineering techniques and analysis. He is an experienced mechanical systems design engineer for tenant improvement (TI), multifamily complexes, stormwater facility, healthcare, sports facility, hotels and hospitality, including K-12 bringing a multi-disciplinary collaborative approach to Mechanical design and build, construction inspection of capital projects. He has hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit software, CFD simulation in Autodesk. He is a certified LEED-AP and he has a thorough understanding and experience in ensuring compliance to sustainable green LEED design and building commissioning.

Hiren has an extensive 14 years of experience as an experienced electrical engineer. He has a variety of expertise including power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm, lighting control systems, emergency power systems, and medium voltage distribution with a focus on life cycle cost accounting for budget. He has a diverse level of project experience in commercial, hospitality, mixed-used, healthcare, higher education, sports & recreation, K-12, government facilities, laboratory, mission-critical, and LEED design. He plays an active role in project management, maintaining client relationships, and providing environmentally critical Electrical design. He has extensive experience in electrical systems design for the multi-million-dollar hospitality industry. His design experience includes code research, Units rooms design, equipment selection, swimming pool design, kitchen design, parking garage, restaurant design, designed medium voltage distribution system, cable tray design, service sizing and voltage evaluation 500KW power generator, 1000KW generator, 11KV primary service, secondary 11KV to 480/277V service, for retail, restaurant, units, bar, sports area (outdoor and indoor), rooftop pool, parking.

Ebrahim Mazloumpour is a practical mechanical engineer with over three years of plumbing and fire protection design from conception to construction documents preparation and build phases. He has designed plumbing systems across industries including transit maintenance facilities, tower and commercial buildings. Ebrahim has outstanding records of designing various types of hydraulic plumbing systems, hydraulic valves and pumps. He is very proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit 3D Design and Bluebeam for design development and review. He also has a deep understanding of ASHRAE and NFPA standards.

Durga has an extensive 15 years of experience as an electrical engineer. She has a variety of expertise including power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm, lighting control systems, emergency power systems, and medium voltage distribution with a focus on life cycle cost on a budget. She has a diverse level of project experience in commercial, hospitality industry, mixed-use properties, healthcare, higher education, sports & recreation, K-12, government facilities, laboratory, mission-critical, and LEED design. She plays an active role in project management, maintaining client relationships, and providing environmentally critical Electrical design. She is vastly experienced using AutoCAD, Revit and MS project scheduling software. Durga has extensive experience with design of normal power distribution system included primary and secondary selective radial power distribution, a triple ended metal clad MV switchgear fed from two different transmission lines originating from two separate generating stations with tie in breakers, (6) double ended secondary unit substation with FA cooling dry type transformers and 480V draw out switchgear with tie breaker. The emergency power distribution system included 3 generators of 4160v, 2000kw.
