His breadth of professional experience spans both public and private sectors, and a wide area of industries including: transit, light rail, airport, water and wastewater, educational institutions, and energy industries. Larry’s broad range of professional experience include planning, engineering and construction management for public agencies like Metro King County, City of Seattle, Tacoma Public School District, USTDA, Sound Transit, and many private commercial businesses.

Richar Hur is responsible for engineering design and preparation of construction documents, calculations, development of specifications and mid-range to complex HVAC systems, and construction administration of MEP Projects.
He has 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, design, and cost estimating supporting mechanical operations, controls, and facility management. Prior to joining Green Project Solutions Group, he worked for several companies as a mechanical engineer with responsibility for program and project design development and cost estimating from conceptual phase through design and implementation phases. Richard has worked for Canadian and US engineering firms as a Mechanical Engineer and QA/QC specialist.
