Project Manager
Project Management Puget Sound region, WA · On-site / Hybrid Full-time
Lead GPSG projects from kickoff to close-out: scope, schedule, budget, staffing and client communication, with a focus on construction management and QC/QA work.
What you’ll do
- Plan and manage project scope, schedule and budget
- Coordinate field staff, inspectors and material testing technicians
- Serve as the main point of contact with clients, prime contractors and agencies
- Review daily and weekly reports and QA documentation before submittal
- Track progress, risks, change orders and invoices
- Lead project meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and status reports
- Support proposals, staffing plans and cost estimates for new work
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years managing construction, infrastructure or engineering projects
- PMP, PE or CCM preferred
- Experience with transportation or public-agency projects
- Strong written communication and client-facing skills
- Valid driver's license
